Hey everyone, thank you for reading Adaptation and for your kind words. I know it is a departure form the normal Pepper Pace story. But it is a labor of love for me. As I previously explained, this story is a bit of fan fiction as tribute to one of my favorite authors; Octavia Butler.
I don't always know exactly where the story will end up--but I do know where it is going. Here is the long awaited Chapter 31. Enjoy!
