may i partake?
all for the sake of being polite
but then it arrives
the point
where you don't
have to be
so polite
is it mine?
are you going to give it to me?
anytime i ask?
the customs
and
courtesies
change
the meaning
is
the same
but
the words
are most
certainly
not
