An error on AllRomance ebooks version of The Delicate Sadness

Hello friends fans and family,
If you purchased your copy of The Delicate Sadness from AllRomance e-books Saturday May 24, 2014 prior to 10:30 pm est than your copy my abruptly stop after chapter 8.

This wasn't a problem with ARe but with my conversion of the document. ARe is live time so as soon as the author hits 'send' you have access to it instantly. When dealing with AllRomance the author or publisher has to do their own conversions through an online program or else hire someone to do it for them.

Yes, the little known facts behind self-publishing. Anyway, my program had a glitch and the story didn't upload in it's entirety. A fan caught the error and told me about it, I was able to de-activate the story and re-edit a CORRECTED copy. If you were one of the recipients of the incomplete version than please return it. If you re-order, the corrected version has already been posted. If you have ANY problems doing this than please send me a message at the following email: Pepperpace.author@yahoo.com
SUBJECT: Delicate Sadness
Amazon and Barnes and Noble are accurate and have no issues. This only happened with ARe and it is now corrected. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Thanks,
PEP

The Delicate Sadness

Last year I wrote three short stories which were included in a collaboration with author CeCe Monet entitled Seduction; An Interracial Anthology Vol. 1

A few months ago I released one of the stories as a stand alone entitled A Wrong Turn Towards Love. I am repeating that by releasing another story from the volume, this one entitled The Delicate Sadness.

--> The life that Rosia Banks thought she would live came to a crashing halt with the death of her husband. Now a widow at the age of thirty-seven she must either re-create her life or continue existing in the safety of her loneliness. It takes a man that she has never set eyes on and so different from any she’d ever experienced to show her the way. Warning; graphic sex and language.
Available on AllRomance e-books and soon to appear on Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble.

And YES, this will be in paperback. Coming soon...

Scandalous Heroes Bookset is coming!

If you attended this weekend's Romance Slam Jam event and you saw the back of the souvenir booklet, then you saw the surprise that 8 authors and I have been keeping for a few months. We're coming out with a hot box set called SCANDALOUS HEROES containing nothing but interracial romances. It'll be out in July, just in time for the summer.

Beast; Coming to Audio book in May

This modern day Beauty and the Beast story has a, sweet and sexy IR twist. It is the story of Beast, born with a facial deformity, and Ashleigh the overweight woman who invades his gym sanctuary.

J.J's and Amy's Editing Service; A Testimonial by Pepper Pace

Pepper Pace; Amazon top 100 bestselling author, Amazon top 100 most popular erotic author and author of Beast, A Seal Upon Your Heart, The Urban Vampire series and more.

I am an author of IR Romance and recently I decided to re-edit my previously published work. Although I had many positive reviews the one constant comment was that I needed professional editing.

As a struggling indie writer I just didn’t believe that I could afford professional editing until I discovered that author J.J. Murray and his wife Amy had an editing business that was professional, quick and affordable. For a price that is lower than most editing services I not only got the benefit of J.J. Murray’s experience but also his wife Amy who has been instrumental in the editing of his award winning stories.

A Seal Upon Your Heart was the first novel that I sent them to edit and I was amazed that they had it polished and returned in about eight days! Now, I am not saying that they will always edit in that short of time span but having to sit and wait for editors for months on end is very difficult and that is not something that I will ever worry about with my new editors. Yes, I have spoken their names into the universe and claimed them as my own!

Although I write Interracial Romance, I enjoy writing in other genres, and tentatively I approached them with a Vampire series. I was happy to learn that they edit in all genres. When they returned the first two novels in my Urban Vampire Series I felt as if I had two mentors! Their service includes more than just correcting grammar but they also point out common errors to avoid and they show ways to maximize the story. And they did this for two novels in two weeks!

I won’t lie. I would like to wrap them up and keep them all to myself but I also want to brag and shout to everyone what a find I’ve discovered in J.J’s and Amy’s Editing Service.

Questions about Urban Vampire; the bookset

Hi friends, fans and family! I'm sorry that I haven't been around much. This month has been a very busy one for me. With re-edits, putting the finishing touches on UV III The Return of Alexis, securing my editor for this project and etc, I've read some of your comments but haven't had time to respond. Sorry, sorry, sorry.

Let's correct that now. Some questions I've received are:

• Will the book set will be available in paperback? It will eventually but not for several weeks (maybe a few months).
• What is the exact release date? I do not know. I promise this part is not a teaser. My editors have it and stated it would be complete by mid-April. I have no reason to doubt them and as soon as they send it to me, I will do my final review and make it available.
• I don't like reading scary books! Is this Vampire series going to scare me? No. It is not scary but it is graphic and there is plenty of suspense. There is also a LOT of sexiness. My first editor was seriously sweating when she did her first round reading of the revised books 1 & 2 and she did not get scared once. But...if you don't like blood than you may want to skip this because there is plenty of blood!
• Can I purchase the third book in the series as I already have the first two? No. You do not have the first two. I made MAJOR changes to the first two stories although the flow and facts remain the same. You really need to read each book once again.
• Why do we have to re-buy an entire bookset??? Well the answer to that is you don't because I am making the first two books in the set FREE. I am also making it easy for you to get them by making it into a book set so that no one will miss the fact that the first two stories have changed. I usually release my new novels at $5.99 but this one will be released for $4.99.

The reason that I am doing this book set project is because several years ago I wrote a kick-ass Vampire series. This happened before LA Banks hit the scene and before Twilight etc. After I sat on the story for several years I decided to place it on sale and one day a publisher took notice of it and suggested some major (and well needed changes).

Well I did not end up going with that publisher, but the changes were so good that I had a dilemma. Authors DO NOT re-write previously written books and then re-sale them. That is just a no-no. But you can give them away, right?

Eureka! So my plan was to include the two re-vised novels with the 3rd book in the series for free. And hence the Urban Vampire 3 novel book set.

Now I must scurry back to my writing and I will peep you guys later.

Now, for your viewing pleasure; Urban Vampire bookset E-book trailer!

Urban Vampire~coming in April

Beast-newly edited

I have quite the number of re-edited works published. These are edits that have been edited for grammar but the stories itself doesn't change. If you have Amazon Kindle and you have enabled 'book update' then these changes will update automatically. If they do not change then by contacting Amazon's customer service, it will allow the changes to be pushed to your Kindle.

I want to thank Nikita Bryant for reaching out and offering her services. She did a great job on Beast! This story has recently been a bestseller on Amazon and AllRomance e-books. It has been very eye opening to see reviews that state the story would have been better had it been edited.

Again, that is why I have re-edited and reduced the price of each of the re-edited books. The edits go across the board to all areas where you can purchase Beast in e-book or in paperback. Thanks friends, fans and family. And thank you Nikita.

A Seal Upon Your Heart

I've had the supreme honor of releasing the latest edition of my book; A Seal Upon Your Heart. As I mentioned in earlier posts, I intend to release newly edited versions of previously released books. The latest is A Seal Upon Your Heart which was edited by acclaimed author J.J. Murray and his wife Amy. They have an editing business and I was quick to take advantage of it as soon as I learned of it! Thus far they have worked on 3 of my novels.
I created an e-book trailer. You can purchase this new edition in paperback at Createspace. If you have an Amazon Kindle it should update automatically.
